Nuestro compromiso siempre ha sido brindar inmediatez en todo lo que hacemos. Sin embargo, no siempre nuestros proveedores cuentan con sistemas que se ajusten a esta necesidad y a la exigencia que ello conlleva.
Por esta razón, y tras un análisis exhaustivo orientado a reducir la tasa de fallos al mínimo posible, hemos decidido dejar de notificar estados distintos a “success” en los pagos recibidos en nuestro servicio. Esta decisión busca permitir que los distintos métodos puedan notificar el resultado exitoso de un pago con un mayor margen de tiempo.

Asimismo, esta modificación nos permite ofrecer mayor flexibilidad para que nuestros clientes, según sus necesidades, puedan definir de forma independiente el tiempo de vida y espera de un pago, contribuyendo así a mejorar la tasa de aceptación en distintos métodos.

Recordamos (o informamos) que contamos con los siguientes endpoints para la consulta de transacciones:

Estos endpoints les permitirán conocer el estado final de una transacción. Seguimos trabajando para mejorar día a día nuestros servicios y les agradecemos de antemano todo el feedback que nos brindan.

Dear Team,

Our commitment has always been to provide immediacy in everything we do. However, our providers’ systems are not always aligned with this need and the demands it creates.
For this reason, and following a thorough analysis aimed at reducing the failure rate to the lowest possible level, we have decided to stop notifying states other than “success” for payments received in our service. This decision allows for additional time for the various methods to notify a successful payment result.
This change also gives us the flexibility to enable our clients to independently determine, as needed, the lifespan and waiting period for a payment, thereby enhancing the acceptance rate across different methods.

Please note (or be informed) that we offer the following endpoints for transaction inquiries:

These endpoints will allow you to verify the final status of a transaction. We continue to work diligently to improve our services and appreciate all the feedback you provide.
